Charlie Fellowes is a talented young trainer who trained his first Royal Ascot winner in 2019 with Thanks Be in the Sandringham and followed up in the same race in 2020 with Onassis, who has also won two Listed races. The yard’s globe-trotting flag bearer Prince of Arran, who was retired last season, won over £2 million in prize money around the world, and was placed three times in the prestigious Melbourne Cup. Charlie and his team are now based at the historic Bedford House Stables in Newmarket, formerly the yard of Luca Cumani, from which many Group 1 and Classic winners have been trained.
