The dream is alive with Dreamrocker!

Dreamrocker is a very well bred filly, being a half-sister to Group 1 winner Dreamloper, and has taken plenty of time to come to hand but this patience has been rewarded with a wonderful win at Salisbury on just the second time of asking! Jockey Oisin Murphy gave her a beautiful, educational ride and she showed a lovely attitude to stick at the task in hand, winning by a comfortable 1 1/4 lengths.

Trainer Ed Walker was confident that she would have come on a good deal from her first run at Chelmsford, but was concerned that the 7 furlongs at Salisbury would not be a sufficient test for this filly. She certainly looks like she will stay further and it is to Dreamrocker’s credit that she had the ability to win over 7 furlongs; we hope that there is great improvement to come from her stepped up in trip. She is a big, scopey filly who has the potential for further development next season – what an incredibly exciting filly to be involved with!
