Dreamrocker (IRE)
Dreamrocker (IRE)
filly by Fastnet Rock ex Livia's Dream (Teofilo)
This filly is by the top Australian sire Fastnet Rock and out of Livia’s Dream, making her a half-sister to one of the outstanding fillies of last season, Dreamloper, who won two Group 1’s for Ed Walker. This family do nothing but improve with age so Dreamrocker has been given plenty of time to mature and is now ready for us to go to war with as a three year old. If she has half as much ability as her sister, we are in for a lot of fun!

Trainer
Ed has trained nearly 500 winners and has had a Stakes winner every year since taking out his licence. The quality of his string has gradually improved over the years, and he has gained a reputation for being a talented and patient handler. Ed loves to travel his horses and has trained Stakes winners in France, Germany and Australia as well as gaining some important black type with fillies in North America.
2021 was a hard season to follow (with Group 1 winner Starman) but 2022 was another hugely successful one for Ed, with the wonderful Dreamloper (half-sister to our filly) winning the Group 2 Dahlia Stakes, the Group 1 Prix D’Ispahan and the Group 1 Prix De Moulin.
