Wholehearted (GB)

This filly is the first foal of a mare we know well, Hand On My Heart. She raced for Hot To Trot and was very talented, winning a conditions race first time out before being found wanting at Group level. Hand On My Heart is also a half-sister to our Royal Ascot Queen Mary winner Heartache and also to our Listed placed Heartwarming so this is a family very close to all of our hearts! Their dam, Place In My Heart, was a talented Listed winner too and the family is packed full of very fast fillies. Hopefully this filly can add to that legacy! As with all of the horses above, she will be trained by Clive Cox!

Sergei Prokofiev, is an exciting first season sire standing at Whitsbury Manor Stud, from whom this filly js leased. He was a very fast two year old himself for Aiden O’Brien, winning the Cornwallis Stakes (Group 3), and hopefully he will have passed plenty of this on to his progeny, who he has largely stamped impressively!
