Roman Mist WINS at Nottingham!

Our season got off to a fantastic start on Tuesday (27th April) when ROMAN MIST toughed out the 1 mile Fillies’ Handicap at Nottingham for young trainer Tom Ward and jockey James Doyle. This lovely three-year-old filly ran well on her first start on the turf at Windsor, and thoroughly deserved to get her head in front on this occasion, having been unlucky not to win over the winter on the All-Weather.

RM provided a first winner of the season for both Hot To Trot and Tom Ward, who is a talented young trainer and one to look out for this year, training from his state-of-the-art new yard in Upper Lambourn. We can hope for some fun days with this filly, Tom and his team this season!
